Mipro ACT-848-TAM Four-Channel Measurement Set, 554-626MHz MIPRO's new ACT-800 series of digital wireless systems offer outstanding sound quality that will rival any wired microphone. With up to 224 pre-programmed channels plus 16 freely programmable channels, the ACT-828 and ACT-848 receivers with 72 MHz bandwidth ensure optimum flexibility even for larger setups. Thanks to the digital signal, the audio quality of the system is independent of the transmission distance and transmission power. The digitization (24-bit/44.1kHz) is higher than that of a CD. A digital 256-bit key ensures tap-proof radio transmission. Via a digital AES EBU interface, the signal can be transmitted losslessly over long distances by cable (eg to a digital mixer). The ACT-848DNT model of the four-channel receiver is additionally equipped with a Dante™ interface, and the ACT-848AVB model with an AVB™ interface. The handheld transmitter comes standard with a true condenser head, which delivers an exceptionally clear and precise sound image. Thanks to the innovative interchangeable head system, this can be quickly and easily replaced with a dynamic head. All in all, the ACT-800 series offers crystal-clear sound for the highest demands at an affordable price. Features Robust metal housing EIA standard 1/2 19″” RU. The industry's only bright color VFD (Vacuum Fluorescent Display) offers a wide viewing angle for crystal clear display of all parameters. Automatic dimming of the display in stand-by mode. All settings can be made intuitively and quickly using a single rotary knob. Improved RF filter elements and circuitry for reduced sensitivity to interference signals. 216 pre-programmed interference-free channels plus 16 freely programmable channels. The new digital diversity receiver technology prevents dropouts and increases the reception range. Constant digital transmission means that there is no signal attenuation due to path conditions. The DigitnamicPlus™ technology eliminates any compression noise. The unique audio A/D converter provides a dynamic range of 115dBA, operates with a latency of less than 2.7 ms and eliminates saturation or distortion at high frequencies with high levels. The Digital Audio Interface (SPDIF) allows direct connection to digital mixing consoles and sends the signals without distortion. Stable signal-to-noise ratio, even when transmitting over long distances. The unique 256-bit encryption guarantees a secure signal transmission and protects against unauthorized listeners. The built-in SmartEQ™ provides extensive setting options, as well as 10 user presets to simulate different microphone capsules – so every artist can choose his or her preferred microphone PC – control software for real-time control and monitoring of up to 64 receivers. Receiver supplies supply voltage for optional antenna systems/boosters to extend the reception range and increase the reception stability. The world's first ACT™ (Automatic Channel Targeting) provides precise and fast frequency synchronization between receivers and transmitters. The two and four channel receivers can also be equipped with the optional digital Dante or AVB interface. This allows audio signals to be fed into a digital Ethernet network via standard network cables and distributed further there.
